There are a number of concerns I have with Bahnsen’s approach, but I was really trying as a personal goal to remain neutral and try my best to properly portray Bahnsen’s perspective in reqdy way that is fair and accurate.
Furthermore, there is not a strong case made for the truth of Christianity. It’s nothing new for people to deny the existence of God or to create false gods to worship so that they can be their own god. This is the one I will stock up on and hand out, in fact I was contemplating the other day if I could give every christian I know or even on earth 10 books this and Always Ready its reputation preceeds it would be on the list. My only somewhat critique of this book is that for a book designed to be introductory, it does dive deep at times. Chapter 12 is a basic summation of the previous chapters in this section. This book was an eye-opener for me as far as Christian apologetics is concerned.
But as for me I can rest bahnsne knowing fully that grwg I was born none of this was of any importance to me, and so I let it be.
I certainly recommend this excellent work on apologetics.
